We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Practice Administrator at Portman Dental Care group in London.

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the practice, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage practice operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communications
  • Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate referrals and communicate with external providers
  • Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a dental or healthcare setting (ideally in a reception or administration role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
