Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable PA / Administrator to join our team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc.

This role involves managing all day-to-day operations of the business, including appointments and client review meetings, responding to client emails, and managing the CRM system (Salesforce).

You will be responsible for preparing for Client Financial Reviews, issuing and following up on Letters of Authority with clients and third parties, and submitting and progressing post review actions such as fund switches and withdrawals.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as an Administrator with an SJP Partner Practice, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and good time management and planning skills.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum.
