Practice Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our team as a Practice Administration Manager. This role will involve line management of the Legal Support and Practice Management team, who deal with varied requests within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, preferably in local government, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in contract and performance management, financial transactions, and corporate processes is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line management of the Legal Support and Practice Management team
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in local government or a similar field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
