Job Description: Animal Practice Administrator

A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Animal Practice Administrator to join our team.

This role involves providing administrative support to our veterinary surgeons and nurses, including handling telephone calls, preparing medical records, and maintaining appointment schedules.

  • The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Provide exceptional client care, responding to their needs and queries
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless care
  • Update and maintain online practice information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of online appointment systems and administration software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or animal-related field is advantageous
