Care Home Administrator Expert Job Description

Barchester Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dedicated administrator to join our team as a Care Home Administrator Expert.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment.

As a key member of the home's management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

They will also manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families, including maintaining accurate customer records.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £4,400 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Assist with payroll preparation for home-based staff.
  • Provide HR-related support to employees.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven skills in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft-Office applications.
