Job Title: Children's Complex Care Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and young adults with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and support to children and young adults with complex needs
Assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitoring and recording client's condition, including any changes or concerns
Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
Previous experience in paediatrics is highly desirable, as well as a variety of complex care experiences. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and support.
