Administrative Support Officer

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Coordinator to support our team at Carbon60. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks on client sites in Wimborne.

Remuneration: Up to £30,000 per year.
Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:15pm and Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- To process jobs through the SI CAFM system and collaborate with the technical manager to ensure timely closure by the team. Also, assist contractors in meeting their Service Level Agreements.
- Verify job assignments.
- Ensure time inputs are recorded for each job.
- Justify any failed Service Level Agreements.
- Create reactive jobs on SI when necessary.
- Exercise a professional phone etiquette and maintain a consistent tone in all written correspondence.
- When interacting with clients, accurately understand and address their needs, including all relevant information for task completion.
- Regularly update the compliance tracker on Microsoft Teams and E logbooks to reflect the current contract status.
- Pursue service data from engineers and suppliers.
- Complete regular maintenance and reactive tasks.
- Update the asset register regularly.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using the E logbooks and CAFM System.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance position, or an engineer transitioning into an office role.
- Relevant experience working within facilities management.
