Job Description: Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at BlueGreen Recruit Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Duties will include providing administrative support to a team or teams, creating and maintaining information records and statistical information, and providing reception and switchboard services. The postholder will also be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining stationery and ensuring that the office is well-organised and functional. Additionally, they will assist with preparing reports, documents and presentations, and undertake other tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. An estimated salary for this position is around £28,000-£35,000 per annum.
