We are seeking a skilled Senior Community Enforcement Advisor to join our team at Teign Housing Careers. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping us build sustainable communities and provide cleaner, greener, and safer neighbourhoods.
In this role, you will ensure the consistent implementation of the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Policy and Procedure by our Community Housing Officers and Independence and Wellbeing Advisers. You will review cases, provide advice on complex situations, and take the lead on multi-agency liaison.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee action to ensure that tenants comply with their tenancy terms. You will work closely with residents and partner agencies to educate them about the role of Teign Housing and other agencies in tackling ASB and tenancy breaches.
