Job Title: English Practitioner Specialist

The Tameside Community Safety Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Child Care Professional to join our team. As an English Practitioner Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely care and permanence planning for children.

You will be responsible for professional and reflective supervision, supporting staff learning and development, and producing high-quality work to improve outcomes for cared-for children.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, a commitment to achieving good outcomes for children, and the ability to work collaboratively and creatively to achieve this goal.

  • Salary: £44,711 - £48,710 per annum (plus professional bar at £46,731)
