About the Role

Pets at Home Group Plc, the UK's leading pet care business, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join its team. As a key player in delivering compelling marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for creating and executing shopper marketing activity in support of the company's wider marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage shopper marketing campaigns, including creative development, artwork sign off, print allocations, and store communications.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and trading team to execute campaigns, ensuring they meet the brief and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with retail operation teams to communicate campaigns to retail colleagues, ensuring first-class execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with various stakeholders across the business to manage their expectations against the original brief.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand guidelines.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in POS marketing, with a strong understanding of print and in-store marketing.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for ensuring communications help customers shop effectively.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on right-first-time delivery.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Resilient and tenacious, with a track record of delivering impactful in-store marketing activations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to generate tangible results through effective marketing endeavors.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including commercial teams, specialists, and operations teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience briefing agencies and meticulous in proofing copy and creative.
  • Inquisitive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the team and the wider business.
