Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at James Hall & Co. Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales enablement strategies, including lead generation and nurturing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and data analytics tools.
