About the Role

Glossify is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a best-in-class social media strategy that drives engagement, increases followers, and enhances our brand's online presence.
  • Manage Social Media Content: Curate and create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
  • Lead the Social Media Team: Manage and mentor a team of social media professionals to ensure seamless execution of our social media strategy.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize performance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience: Proven experience in social media management and strategy, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficient in Social Media Platforms: Expertise in all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Strong Creative and Strategic Skills: Excellent writing, design, and video production skills, with a creative and strategic approach to social media marketing.
  • High Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of social media management.
