About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team at Glossify. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy
    • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
    • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Content Creation and Curation
    • Write and edit engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Curate and share relevant content from industry leaders and influencers.
  • Team Management and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage a team of social media specialists to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on social media performance.
    Requirements
    • Experience
      • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
    • Skills
      • Proficient in all social media platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.
      • Experience with creative tools such as Canva and video editing software.
      • High attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
      • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
