About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of our CRM communications plan, building and deploying targeted campaigns that drive consumer engagement and support our business objectives.

This hybrid role is based at our Support Office and requires collaboration with the CRM Manager and Analytics Partner to deliver targeted communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager and Analytics Partner to deliver targeted communications
  • Translate business requirements into direct consumer activation plans
  • Build an optimum consumer contact plan to maximise growth opportunities
  • Use consumer insights and analysis to shape future CRM strategies and campaigns
  • Work with partner Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns
  • Develop business cases for testing with commercial teams and analysing results with the analytics team
  • Manage voucher setup, testing and maintenance, as well as competition setup and winner selection
  • Support budget management, purchase order raising and ensuring the accuracy of communications

About You

  • Experience in managing consumer relationship marketing programs
  • Proven track record of building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach, including proofing and potential copywriting
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and responding to consumer needs
  • Marketing experience, ideally within a leading UK retailer, is desirable
  • Understanding of consumer direct marketing and online experience, is desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Tableau reporting platform, is desirable
