We are seeking a Retail Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team, operating from our central office. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring in-office presence on select days, along with occasional travel to various retail locations.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting engaging audio, digital, and print materials to bolster our marketing initiatives, promotional activities, events, and product launches. As we roll out our new branding across in-store materials, you will have the chance to significantly influence our retail presence.

Key Duties – Your Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee shopper marketing strategies that align with our comprehensive marketing objectives. Gain a thorough understanding of the retail environment and consumer behaviors to effectively address their needs and preferences. Collaborate closely with the marketing and trading teams to execute shopper marketing campaigns, including briefing, creative development, approval processes, and performance evaluations. Partner with retail operations to ensure seamless communication of campaigns to store teams, enabling exceptional execution. Work in conjunction with creative and print partners to deliver campaigns accurately and efficiently to each retail location. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinating with various stakeholders to align expectations with project goals. Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns, adhering to budget constraints and brand standards.

Candidate Profile – What You Bring

A minimum of two years of experience in point-of-sale marketing. Proven background in in-store marketing, preferably within a prominent UK retailer, with a solid grasp of print production. A customer-centric approach to ensure that communications enhance the shopping experience. Exceptional attention to detail, committed to delivering high-quality results on the first attempt. Strong project management capabilities, adept at overseeing projects from conception to completion while managing multiple stakeholders. Resilience and determination, with a track record of executing impactful in-store marketing campaigns. Demonstrated commercial insight, achieving measurable outcomes through effective marketing strategies. A collaborative spirit, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams, including commercial, creative, and operational staff. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in briefing creative agencies, with a meticulous approach to reviewing content and designs. A curious mindset and a passion for ongoing learning and professional development within the team and the broader organization.
