About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Operations Director to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our Area Management teams, driving growth and excellence across our core regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability across your region
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Area Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve consumer experience
  • Analyse business data and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including retail, commercial, and marketing teams
