About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Operations Director to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our Area Management teams across one of our core regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Managers to achieve sales and service targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including retail, commercial, and marketing teams
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving operational efficiency in a retail or service industry environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of the retail or service industry
