About the Role

Pets at Home Group Plc is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at our Support Office in Handforth. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for delivering compelling audio, digital, and printed assets to support campaigns, promotions, events, and category launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and trading team to execute shopper marketing campaigns, including creative development, artwork sign off, print allocations, and store communications
  • Work closely with retail operation teams to communicate campaigns to retail colleagues and ensure first-class execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with various stakeholders across the business to manage their expectations against the original brief
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand guidelines

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in POS or in-store marketing
  • Strong understanding of print and in-store marketing principles
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion
  • Resilience and tenacity, with a proven record of delivering impactful in-store marketing activations
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to generate tangible results through effective marketing endeavours
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
