Administrative Coordinator

Love Success is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/ Programme Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of online and in-person training courses, ensuring seamless administrative support to clients, trainers, and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and venue management
- Provide exceptional administrative support to clients, trainers, and attendees, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Pre-empt potential roadblocks and proactively address any issues that may arise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trainers, and internal resources
- Assist with budgeting, data management, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-focused environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Interest in Learning and Development, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
