Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ryder Reid Legal. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide essential administrative support to our fee earners and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assigning alternative cover for sickness absence and ensuring seamless continuity of work
  • Coordinating secretarial holiday schedules and maintaining accurate records
  • Arranging overtime cover for holidays and absences, while ensuring up-to-date internal records
  • Preparing and distributing weekly holiday cover lists to relevant departments
  • Assisting with approving payable time and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Collaborating with the Document Services Coordinator and/or Manager to ensure efficient handling of document work requests
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator within a law firm or similar industry
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work effectively with various personalities, maintaining composure under pressure
