Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for senior executives
  • Assist executives in preparing for meetings and events
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft marketing materials, including testimonials and other promotional content
  • Develop and maintain presentations, meeting notes, and documents for executives
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on various projects and tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
