Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our hotel cluster sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with corporate and MICE customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that maintain our hotel's market leadership
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels to drive business into our hotels and increase market/customer share
  • Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with our property General Manager and Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent local knowledge and understanding of the corporate and MICE markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of circa £45,000 per annum, plus a 20% bonus, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company like HBD Partners.
