Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role in fashion or homeware retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
  • A good understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • A proven track record of identifying sales opportunities and driving new ideas.
  • Knowledge of operational processes and procedures within retail, with a focus on cost control.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
