Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional sales experiences.
- Team Development: Develop, manage, and refine vehicle sales policies to ensure the optimum stock of vehicles.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market and customer information to inform sales strategies and advise on forthcoming product developments.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous sales management experience in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong IT skills, ability to create and implement strategic sales plans, excellent leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or related field.
