We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Sarah West Recruitment Ltd as an Account Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong background in managing client relationships, sales, and project management.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing high-value customer relationships, converting inbound enquiries into sales, and overseeing the order process through production.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment and events industries and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients. They will also be responsible for attending tradeshows and events, resolving issues, and championing the customer internally to ensure smooth delivery.

The role will involve:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients
  2. Converting Inbound Enquiries: Converting leads into sales and managing the quoting/ordering process
  3. Managing Quotes: Creating and managing quotes for clients
  4. Sales Admin: Managing sales administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  5. Overseeing the Order Process: Managing the order process through production, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  6. Involvement in Production/Project Meetings: Attending meetings with the production team to discuss project progress and ensure smooth delivery
  7. Client Demos: Demonstrating products to clients and providing expert advice and guidance
  8. Resolving Issues: Resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process or order fulfillment
  9. Attending Tradeshows and Events: Attending tradeshows and events to promote the company's products and services
