The Role:

In this exciting role, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £15,000, achievable on target earnings. The Job:

You'll be working as part of our Retail team in Oxford, on a 20-hour week basis. You'll be a vital part of the store's success, working closely with customers to understand their needs and advising them on high-value purchases. You'll be on hand to greet customers, answer their questions, and provide expert advice on our sleep technology.

The Person:

We're looking for someone with a people-first approach, who has an engaging and positive personality. You'll need to be a good communicator, able to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues. You'll also need to be motivated and determined to work towards KPIs and sales targets. As a team player, you'll be committed to making our stores an enjoyable place to work, where each member of the team feels included and respected.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Making our customers feel at home through exceptional service.
  • Being on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse in store.
  • Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
