Territory Manager for Endoscopy Specialty

Job Overview
The Territory Manager is responsible for increasing sales and profitability within the Endoscopy Specialty in an assigned territory. This involves implementing local sales and marketing strategies in support of the Endoscopy Specialty’s goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets through independent sales efforts in the assigned territory
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Cook’s product range and associated medical disciplines
- Provide technical training and support to medical personnel as required
- Manage territory budgets for local events and sample stock
- Develop and maintain an annual business plan that includes sales forecasts, risk management, and sales opportunities
- Monitor and increase market share and competitor activity in the assigned territory
- Participate in local and international exhibitions and meetings as requested
Qualifications
- Previous Endoscopy medical sales experience required
- Product or procedural knowledge required
- Existing network within Endoscopy required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language skills in English and other relevant languages
- Excellent numeric skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High self-motivation
