Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Pareto. In this role, you will be responsible for handling existing accounts and cross-selling, with some new business development involved.
About the Role:
- Responsible for territory revenue and margin performance.
- Developing detailed account plans for each managed key account.
- Quickly getting a grounding with product training and sales tactics to maintain/grow portfolio of managed accounts.
- Responsible for expanding new sourcing opportunities within existing distributor accounts.
- Deliver effective pipeline management of all new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level.
- 1 year of sales experience or more required for the role.
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbally.
- Organisation and time management skills.
- You have a passion for business, with drive and ambition.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career.
