Production Management Supervisor

ITAC is a leading provider of integrated engineering and construction services for complex capital projects. We offer specialty services, including power systems, custom machine fabrication, and fall protection services and equipment.
The Production Manager Role
This is a critical position that requires a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee the production process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of production management principles.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production activities, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Ensure timely completion of production tasks, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Project Managers, Shop Technicians, and Company Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a related field.
Salary and Benefits
- Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $115,000.
