Animal Health Sales Manager

As an Animal Health Sales Manager at Ecolab, you will play a key role in helping us deliver our global animal health mission: Enabling animal health to deliver a more sustainable and safer food supply, worldwide.

After an intensive training on products, Dairy Hygiene, Biosecurity, and our Animal Health approach, you will be responsible for the sales management of our Partners in your area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Sales Budget of the Animal Health Accounts in UK, with an ambition and commitment to achieve double digit growth rates
- Improving skills of the sales teams and technical team from our local partners: through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
- Technical support: answering on all types of technical questions related to our products and biosecurity, proposing solutions (with support from our Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management teams);
- Commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with our Customer service team etc.
- You will report our UKIE Global Animal Health Divisional Manager, and together we will establish your action plan and sales targets, based on agreed strategies. You will introduce new products, prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business, etc.
- Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of animal production/farming with specific knowledge either species-related mainly Dairy production or in the health or nutritional field.
- Minimum third-level qualification in Animal/Food science, Veterinary, Nutrition or Bioengineering.
- Deep working experience, dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).
- Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.
- Based in central England with ability to travel and stay in other areas as it is required.
