Patient Navigation and Data Entry Job:
CVS Health is seeking a skilled Retail Health Care Specialist to join our team in Chester, MD. As a key member of our retail healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Retail Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing navigation support to patients. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
- Provide navigation support to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Experience in a doctor's office or coordination of care is advantageous
