As a Retail Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing navigation support to patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
  • Provide navigation support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Experience in a doctor's office or coordination of care is advantageous
