Community Support Specialist

Prestige Nursing is seeking qualified Community Care Assistants to join our team in Shrewsbury, providing care in and around the community. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
About the RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes and communities, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery. You will build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care in a community setting

- Adhere to our high standards of care and excellence
You will work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and alternate weekends, from 7am to 3pm. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives.

Benefits and SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including paid training, competitive pay rates, and opportunities for career development.
