We are seeking a skilled and motivated Community Support Specialist to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Shrewsbury. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

You will work closely with our experienced team to assess and meet the needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support. With a strong focus on community care, you will be based in the charming town of Shrewsbury, but much of your work will take place in surrounding villages and towns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes

• Work collaboratively with the care team to assess and meet the needs of each client

• Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote client independence and well-being

• Salary: £13,000 - £20,000 per annum (pro-rata hourly rate: £12 - £18 per hour)

• Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & alternative weekends (7am-3pm)
