Job Title: Experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner

Location: North Downs Hospital, Caterham

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department at North Downs Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons during orthopaedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert scrub nursing care during orthopaedic surgeries, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
  2. Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in orthopaedic scrub nursing.
