Job Summary:
JHE & Partners Ltd is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, processing invoices, and reconciling statements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the purchase ledger, processing c1500 invoices per month
* Match, batch, and code purchase invoices
* Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
* Process all expenses
* Process weekly payroll on internal bespoke system
* Handle queries and reconcile statements
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in accounts payable
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary:
* £25,000 - £30,000 per year
