**Location: Shipley, West Yorkshire**
**Type: Part Time, Permanent, FLEXIBLE START AND FINISH TIMES**

2fawcett are recruiting for a part-time bookkeeper for a business located in Shipley. You will be supporting the Finance Team over the full accounting process.

**Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper**:

- Monthly BACS run
- Payroll
- VAT Submission
- Petty cash
- Employee expenses
- Control over debtors
- Maintaining financial records (Xero)
- Reconciling bank accounts (GBP and Foreign Currency)
- Invoicing
- Purchase ledger invoice inputs (Xero)
- Preparing financial reports
- Journal posting

**Key Requirements of the Bookkeeper**:

- AAT / CIMA / ACCA qualifications (desirable)
- Qualified by experience also highly considered
- Knowledge and experience using XERO software
- Payroll experience
- Strong IT skill
- Analytical
- Self-motivated

**Working hours and benefits**:

- Part time - 20 hours per week
- 4 days per week (5 hours per day)
- Start and finish times are flexible
- 33 days holidays (pro rata)

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
