A decision has been made to bring accounts in house and as such, our client are now looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team in Bradford. This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week.

**About the role**:
Acting as the sole finance presence within the business, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of financial records. Day to day you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining financial records using Xero
- Reconciling Bank Accounts (Both Sterling and Foreign Currency)
- Customer Invoicing from Production Software
- Purchase Ledger Invoice Inputs
- Monthly Bacs run compiling.
- Controlling Debtors
- Preparing Financial & Sales Reports
- VAT Quarterly submission
- Payroll
- Monthly Journal Posting
- Petty Cash
- Employee Expenses
- Continual Improvement of Systems
- Government Figure Requests - EC Sales & Intrastat

**About you**:
Qualified to AAT Level 3 as a minimum, you will be analytical and self-motivated, have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

With extensive knowledge and experience of Xero accounting platform, you will possess excellent IT skills and have prior experience of running and managing payroll.
