**What we’re looking for**

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Uploading invoices and EDIs for all entities to our accounting system
- Allocating supplier credit notes
- Answering supplier queries
- Maintaining supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs for all entities
- Posting cash and completing bank reconciliations
- Posting card receipts
- Posting credit card and virtual card spend
- Paying employee expenses in line with company policies
- Inbox management
- You are a highly motivated individual
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have good telephone managers and administrative skills
- You are experienced in Excel
- You have relevant Purchase Ledger experience
- You have knowledge of Sage 200

**Your compensation package**
- Salary - dependent on experience

**Working Hours**
