**General Office Administrator**

The role consists of the following:
**Accounts Administration**
- Purchase ledger - Inputting supplier invoices, checking supplier statements, Processing payments to suppliers, liaise with suppliers over the phone, managing subcontractors’ invoices.
- Sales ledger - Creating customer invoices, inputting customer payments, credit control, processing customer receipts.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Take customer payments over the phone using online payment system.

**Customer Service**
- Taking customer calls, logging them on our CRM system and assisting with booking in remedial visits with customers and installers.
- Ordering materials for remedials
- Booking hotels for surveyors
- Booking in surveys with customers

**Installation planning**
- Assisting with planning installations - confirming installation dates with customer and installers
- Ordering goods for installations
- Liaising with Installers & customers regarding any issues with current jobs

**General Administration**
- Uploading documents to our CRM system
- Logging sales
- Posting out Contract amendments letters
- Creating projects on Sage
- Ordering stationary

£24,000-£26,000 depending on Experience, minimum 2 years experience required in a Office based Administration role.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
