The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager of a fast-growing E Commerce Business based in Shipley.
**Duties**:
This is a new position in our expanding HR Department and would suit someone interested in completing admin tasks in a busy office. Some clerical experience is preferable, but not essential as full training can be given. Responsibilities would include:
- Sorting employee files
- Sending out general letters and memos to staff
- Booking out meeting rooms
- Monitoring and updating the HR calendar
- Updating personal records
- Creating Welcome Packs for new staff
- Other general admin duties.
**Requirements**:
- Ideally Some Administration Experience in an office
- Graduates in HR will be considered
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of personalities and skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high stress levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
