**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring responsible that customer delivery requirements are met
- Responsible for organizing special transport where quite to meet specific requirements
- Responsible for checking and authorizing accounts, monitoring and controlling carriage cost including surcharges.
- To ensure that all warehouse transactions that you carry out on the business system a completed accurately and timely.
- Assist in the annual stock check
- Produce departmental performance information
- Maintained the database for the control of serial numbers for our lifting products yes
- To reconcile all pick lists daily
- To assist us necessary with any enquiry received in two departments from any outside source

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to priorities workload
- Strong IT skills including Outlook/Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
