Financial Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Elite Venue Selection. This role will involve managing petty cash and daily banking, producing accurate revenue reports, and providing comprehensive financial information to support the Hotel Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Produce detailed revenue reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with processing wages and personnel paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and instructions.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
