Dementia Care Manager

As a Relief Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or recruiting for a new one
- Ensuring performance targets are met by emphasizing safety and quality, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining regulatory compliance standards
- Mentoring and guiding your team to achieve the highest standards of care
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping documentation up-to-date
- Being considerate in all interactions with residents and colleagues
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a care home supervisor with experience in working with vulnerable adults. To be successful, you must have an S/NVQ4 qualification in Health & Social Care and possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and organizational abilities.
