Care Home Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Care Home Operations Manager to lead a well-established elderly care home in Worcestershire. The initial contract is for 3 months, offering a fantastic opportunity to manage a home and continue providing high-quality care for residents during a crucial transition period.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for elderly residents, including those with dementia or complex needs, in collaboration with a dedicated team of staff.
- Lead and support the care team in delivering person-centered care, focusing on resident well-being and satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
An active nursing pin is required for this role.
