Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Home Care. As a CareGiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with their daily routines, including personal care and medication management
- Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness
- Assist with household tasks and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities of their choice
Requirements:
- Kind heart and genuine interest in supporting others
- Reliable and trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
