As a Holistic Nurse Practitioner with Sciensus, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, one-to-one care to patients in their own homes. This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide personalized care and support to individuals with dementia.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in caring for patients with long-term conditions, including dementia. You will need to have a full UK driving license and be comfortable traveling to visit patients in their homes.
