About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Country Court, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs and helping to create a warm, homely atmosphere in our care homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal support and care to our residents
  • Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
  • Supporting residents during meal times
  • Engaging with residents on a personal level
  • Maintaining and developing care plans to ensure residents' needs are met
