Facilities Operations Coordinator

At GH Engage Limited, we are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team in Warrington. This is a full-time office-based position with a salary of approximately £26,000 per annum.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have helpdesk or administration experience within facilities and maintenance or a busy environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for general helpdesk administration duties, including PPMS, raising purchase orders, and liaising with engineers to assign works.
The Facilities Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for fleet administration, assisting with the efficient day-to-day running of the help desk, and reporting to the help desk manager. Other key responsibilities include receiving and processing work requests from clients, logging calls onto the company's CAFM system, and managing planned maintenance schedules.
