Facilities Management Leader

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled FM Systems Manager to join our team at CV-Library in Warrington, Cheshire.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing facilities management systems, generating monthly PPMs, and coordinating with technical teams. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the CAFM system, ensuring it meets the organisation's needs, including regular updates and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Ensure the CAFM system is up-to-date and maintained to meet organisational needs.
- Data Management: Collect, analyse, and report on data related to facilities management, such as space utilisation, maintenance schedules, and asset management.
- Team Coordination: Manage a team of facilities staff, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in developing budgets for facilities operations and manage costs effectively.
- Vendor Management: Work with third-party service providers and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with contracts.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure facilities management practices comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
- Project Management: Lead or support facilities projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- User Support: Provide support and solutions to internal stakeholders regarding facilities issues.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
